**Job Overview**
The Salon Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the salon by managing appointments, assisting clients, and supporting the salon staff. This position requires a friendly and organized individual who can effectively communicate with clients and staff while maintaining a welcoming environment. The Salon Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the overall client experience and contributing to the salon's success across both of our locations. 1886 Gordon St and 340 Woolwich St in Guelph.
**Duties**
- Manage appointment scheduling and ensure optimal use of salon resources.
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Handle transactions accurately and maintain financial records.
- Maintain an organized space.
- Support and encourage stylists.
- Assist with before and after photos and content creation.
- Communicate effectively with stylists and other team members to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Address client inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage inventory and liaise with salespeople, staying up to date on competitive pricing.
**Skills**
- Strong command of English; bilingual skills are a plus for enhanced communication with diverse clientele.
- Previous experience customer service experience is preferred.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail to maintain an efficient work environment.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Computer skills required

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
