We are currently looking for an Order Desk Associate/ CSR to join our amazing team.

We are looking for someone who can:
Establish and maintain a working knowledge of our product line

Understand seasonality, end user product and time sensitivity requirements

Have past experience with the Microsoft Suite of Products (Outlook, Excel)

Enter customer orders ensuring accuracy and upsell from customers purchase history

Maintain a respectful and helpful relationship with all our customers

Maintaining a large customer database

Work independently and as part of a larger team

Other duties as assigned.
