Product Manager, Draw Based Games

The Western Canada Lottery Corporation (WCLC) is looking for a new Product Manager to help drive development and execution of the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our draw-based lottery games. Reporting to the Director, Product Management, with many different internal and external partners, the Product Manager will oversee all aspects of their products including data analysis and lifecycle management.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**

The focus of the role is to drive the long-term sales and profit of our draw-based lottery game category, by joining our team as Product Manager you will..
- Develop and manage product lifecycles and roadmaps, including the development and launch of new draw-based lottery games.
- Develop forecast models and monitoring product performance, providing variance analysis between actual and forecasts as needed.
- Identify problems for a draw-based lottery game, then analyze qualitative and quantitative data to create data-driven solutions.
- Partner with Brand Management to help define marketing strategies and plans.
- Develop and foster productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Product Managers in other Canadian lottery regions.
- Represent WCLC on key product committees that oversee national game design, market research, jackpot management, and overall national portfolio management.

**Qualifications and Competencies**
- Excellent understanding of product management principles, including product strategy, user research, and portfolio management; a professional Product Management certification is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to meaningfully interact with different audiences and stakeholder groups.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, to build excellent relationships with internal and external partners.
- Above average attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the lottery and/or digital industries would be considered an asset.
