We're looking for a Shipper to join our modern lumber mill located near Williams Lake, British Columbia. Our Soda Creek Division safely and sustainably produces over 110 million board feet of lumber per year for customers around the world so they can build their homes and their communities.

High School Diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education in a related field is considered an asset.
Comfortable using a computer and learning new software.
Ability to work independently and lead a team.
Organized and detail oriented.
Strong customer focus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Experience in manufacturing required, wood products manufacturing preferred.
Knowledge or experience with the coordination of rail freight an asset.

**In this role you will**:
Oversee team activities to ensure we safely meet shipments of all products as specified and scheduled by sales orders.
Leverage your strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent customer service.
Use your attention to detail to ensure all activities are completed to standard, including safety, quality and environmental policies and regulations.
