**Annual Salary Range**: Exempt Band 4, MIN $90,800.00 - MED $106,900.00 - MAX $122,900.00

**What you'll be doing...**:
The Supervisor, People and Culture Systems will lead all initiatives related to People and Culture technology strategic planning, systems day-to-day operation, as well as data and metrics. This role will ensure that People and Culture are planning and acquiring the technology required to maximize efficiency and effectiveness and to enable the achievement of the People and Culture plan and ultimately, the BC Transit strategic plan.

You will have a strong knowledge of HR Systems Support especially SaaS, and configuration. You will be passionate about bringing a positive change to a great organization. A confident leader, you aspire to build and lead a team focused on innovative ways to transform the business and inspire change. You have a technical background but are a natural and translating this information and presenting it to people at all technical levels. You thrive on collaboration and love to solve problems for a diverse array of stakeholders.

**What you'll bring to the table...**:

- Experience in Program or Project Management
- Experience delivering cross functional projects with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Knowledge of Canadian payroll practices and awareness of related legislation and unionized environments (collective agreements).
- Experience working with consultants and managing vendor relationships and contract deliverables
- Leadership skills, ability to lead a team focused on innovative ways to transform the business and inspire change
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building, consultative and influencing skills; and exceptional interpersonal skills to interact and communicate with diplomacy and tact with all levels and backgrounds of staff.
- A high degree of judgment and discretion, adaptability, strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team with a strong initiative to manage high volume workflow.
- Demonstrated ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid program management and multi-tasking skills
