**What You’ll Do**
- **IT Maintenance**:_
- Regularly update and maintain the company's software/platform to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement website content updates, including product/service information and announcements.

- Manage and maintain communication tools and documents.
- **Product and Service Demonstrations**:_
- Conduct product and service demonstrations for clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Provide training sessions to internal teams on new products, services, and software tools.
- Act as a technical liaison between the development team and end-users, ensuring a clear understanding of product functionalities.
**Who You Are**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in website maintenance, IT support, and systems integration.
- Familiar with cloud service platform like AWS, Azure.
- Familiar with DevOps operations tools such as configuration management Tools, CI/CD tools and monitoring and logging tools
- Familiar with Javascript, markdowns and IT documentation tools
- Familiar with software technical writing is an asset.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting product and service demonstrations.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and advancements in IT.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Set up and troubleshoot LAN, VPN, and other network connections
- Assist with user account management and access control
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement system upgrades and improvements
- Document support activities and solutions in a knowledge base
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
- Proficiency in using Jira or similar ticketing systems to manage support requests
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms is a plus
