Founded in 1978 and headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, All Weather Windows Ltd. (AWW) is a dynamic leader in the window and door industry in Canada. Operations include two manufacturing plants located in Edmonton and Customer Solution Centres located in Langley, Edmonton, Calgary, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Saskatoon, Regina, and Winnipeg.

We are currently recruiting for a Showroom Consultant for our Edmonton Customer Solutions Center. This individual is responsible to support our outside sales team. They are responsible for_ walk-in customers and providing primary point of inside contact with All Weather Windows Dealers & Builders. _The position coordinates between the customer and our sales/service teams to provide an outstanding customer service experience.

**In this position, you will be responsible for**:

- Providing an inside contact to AWW Dealers and Builders
- Tracking order history as requested
- Responsibility to your customers for all aspects of AWW service and product
- Qualifying walk-in customers and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Preparation of clear, concise and timely paperwork
- Acquiring product knowledge and general knowledge which will improve performance
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of all product lines, glazing systems, options etc.
- Keeping all displays clean and literature racks full
- Servicing existing customers
- Handling service inquiries
- Booking showroom product installations
- Expediting orders
- Addressing customer concerns
- Assisting in quotations and pricing for the sales team if needed
- Communicating with shipping
- Customer Service Professional (CSP) support through product training, etc.

**Primary Qualifications Required**:

- High School
- Any post-secondary education related to position an asset
- 3-5 years’ strong customer service background required
- Industry experience an asset
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Considerable knowledge of window/door products is ideal
- Proficient computer skills with an ability to use Microsoft Office and quoting software is ideal
- Exceptional English communication skills, both orally and written
- Excellent time management skills
- Must work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to make decisions consistency with company policy
- Ability to communicate professionally and courteously
