**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Analyse and propose solution for complex client problems;
- Prepare specification documents for the project management team;
- Work as a bridge between the sales team and the project management team;
- Support sales team with technical questions or inquiries;
- Supply necessary information to the inside sales so they can process quotes;
- Support client with any technical difficulties either online or in person;
- Develop the training documentation for products.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in robotics;
- Basic knowledge of electronics and mechanic concepts;
- Experience with Salesforce, Excel, Word, Outlook is a strong asset;
- Robotics related academic degree is an asset;
- Must be available to travel 2-6 weeks annually.
