**Quel est votre rôle**

Le rôle de **Consultant.e ERP junior** combine le conseil et le développement de logiciels pour créer des opérations de distribution de classe mondiale.

En collaboration avec les directeurs, les administrateurs et les chefs de projet, vous participerez activement aux activités suivantes:

- Configurer, mettre en œuvre et soutenir de nouveaux systèmes logiciels dans des environnements de distribution;
- Auditer les logiciels d'exploitation existants et formuler des recommandations d'amélioration.

**Responsabilités**
- Analyser et documenter les processus opérationnels;
- Création de rapports et d'indicateurs de performance personnalisés;
- Participer aux réunions de projet avec les clients;
- Création et mise à jour des manuels de formation utilisés pour l'amélioration des processus;
- Participer à la définition des processus d’affaires et s’assurer de la documentation et configuration;
- Communiquer les besoins de développements du client en spécifications fonctionnelles à l’équipe technique;
- Identifier, documenter et gérer les différents éléments de risque entourant les projets d’implantation;
- Participer à l’élaboration du calendrier de projets;
- Fournir l’expertise dans l’utilisation et l’implantation des différents modules liés à la production;
- Toutes autres tâches connexes.

**What’s your role**

Our **Junior ERP Consultant** role mixes consulting and software development to create world-class distribution operations.

Working with principals, directors and project managers you will actively participate in:

- Configuring, implementing and supporting new software systems in distribution environments;
- Auditing existing operations software and making recommendations for improvements.

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze and document business processes;
- Creating customized reports and performance indicators;
- Participate in project meetings with clients;
- Creation and update of training manuals used to improve processes:

- Participate in the definition of business processes and ensure documentation and configuration;
- Communicate the customer's development needs in functional specifications to the technical team;
- Identify, document and manage the various risk elements surrounding implementation projects;
- Participate in the development of the project schedule;
- Provide expertise in the use and implementation of various modules related to production;
- All other related tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Expérience souhaitée_
- Diplôme d'associé ou un Baccalauréat en informatique, systèmes d'information, génie industriel, finance, comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe;
- Un titre de CPA ou en voie d'obtention *un atout*;
- Parfaite maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit;
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite et à la présentation;
- Souci du détail et de la qualité;
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement dynamique avec des délais serrés;
- Capacité à voyager aux États-Unis et au Canada
- Disponibilité pour voyager jusqu'à 50 % du temps.
- Compétences et connaissances souhaitées_
- Expérience avec NetSuite - SuiteBuilder, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk;
- Expérience avec d'autres produits SaaS (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.) ou des logiciels orientés logistique (WMS, TMS, MES);
