**Position Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in the Auto Parts in logistics sector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible with sales duties for exceeding subsidiary expectations by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing transactional and operational processes to minimize costs and enhance efficiency.

**Responsibilities**

1) Sales Promotion and Overseas Agent Network Setup and Utilization
- Responsible for managing relationships with key accounts and maximizing opportunities through those accounts.
- Work closely with overseas network agencies to develop new business.
- Engage with global customers and 3PL overseas agents.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and continuously developing the best in the field of logistics sales (domestic, import, and export).
- Oversee compliance with applicable TSA requirements, laws, regulations, other government filings, and company standards.

2) Business Development
- Expand and explore new market opportunities.
- Accountable for managing, developing, and expanding the logistics business in the automotive sector, providing direction and leadership to ensure profitability.
- Design monthly management reports that communicate key successes/challenges to Management.
- Develop monthly KPIs for management, such as carrier performance records.
- Build a strong network with other players, carriers, and agents to offer the best service in this business.

**Experience**
- 10+ years of logistics/automotive sales, mainly preferred in Canada.
- 10+ years of hands-on management in the field of automotive.
- Automotive parts purchase experience preferred.

**Skills**
- Must have a network for freight forwarding and negotiation.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- DG Cargo (Hazmat) License
- Outstanding profit achievement and management.
- Effective development of new customers.
- Excellent development of innovative business models related to the automotive sector.
