**Responsibilities**:

- Consulting with customers to establish a customer experience, strategy and roadmap.
- **Provide Pre-Sales Technical in a fast-paced, high-volume environment in order to successfully achieve regional Sales quota and productivity metrics**:

- Confidence in sales conversations with all levels, from management to technical professionals
- Assessing customer’s current capabilities using a variety of techniques
- **Work with sales executives to develop a sales strategy and a winning proposition.**:

- Formulate recommendations with attention to a client’s strategy, capabilities, and limitations
- **Moving the customer through the complete buying cycle**:

- **Collaborate with sales teams on opportunity qualification and strategies**:

- **Time management**

**Requirements**:

- **Strong IT Network experience\knowledge with TCP/IP, Subnetting, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, IP Routing, QOS/Diffserv, SIP\H.323 experience**:

- **VOIP telephony experience (Dial Plans, Call Admission Control, Bandwidth Management).**:

- **Cabling**:

- BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
- CCNA and above certification is nice to have
- 1+ years of experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
