The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications:
You will also have:

- Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
- Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
- May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

Requirements & EEO Statement: Part time positions only: The salary (range) for this position is $18.25/hourly. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to position offered and work experience. In addition to your salary, Eddie Bauer, and its affiliated brands, offers a benefits package, including 401(k) plan with company match after 500 hours if age 21 or older, overtime pay, flexible work schedule, paid sick leave, and a generous employee discount program (all benefits are based on eligibility).
