Laser Technician - Laser Technician/Medical Esthetician

**Position Overview**:We are seeking a motivated Laser Technician to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with or without experience in the aesthetic industry. If you're goal-oriented, possess excellent customer service skills, and are eager to learn, we encourage you to apply.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a similar aesthetic / salon / clinic role is an asset but not essential
- Sales experience is an asset
- Superior Customer Service mentality with a strong eye for the fine details
- Ability to be an Ambassador of exceptional service to the clients
- Possess a professional, polished, poised demeanor with excellent communication skills

**Cynosure Training Assets for the New Employee**
- This position will be provided a clinical certification course through Cynosure Laser, resulting in a diploma for each platform
- This position will be provided with mentorship and coaching through Cynosure’s Practice Development consultant: consultation training, social media training and ongoing support
- Ongoing clinical and service support
- Ongoing Learning opportunities at Cynosure events

**Responsibilities**
- Complete training courses for device platforms (this is an added benefit for the employee)
- Conduct laser treatments and services on patients (with the Elite IQ, Pico and Potenza Platforms)
- Conduct consultations with patients, create custom skin care packages for each patient (this is where the commission structure would be bonused)
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook) all of the content is pre made through our AMPS portal so they just have to post this and we can coach them on how to do this. The employee would be encouraged to make organic content as well.
- Utilize booking system - For Example the JaneApp
- Responsible for sanitizing and stocking supplies needed for cabinets and keeping inventory.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
