Clinical Training Supervisor

_Cliantha Research Inc._ is currently seeking a Full-time **Clinical Training Supervisor**; who can fulfill its business needs and is looking for better learning and growth opportunities.

Cliantha Research is headquartered in Ahmedabad and has expanded its domestic presence with 5 regional offices & international presence with offices in USA (Florida & New Jersey), Canada (Mississauga, Winnipeg & Scarborough) & Europe (Portugal).
**General Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the training and assessments being conducted by qualified trainers to ensure strict adherence to Inflamax’s procedures, regulatory requirements, and study specific processes; redirect training as necessary to ensure consistency, compliance, and completion of training in an appropriate manner
- Organize necessary onboarding training and relevant materials for all new associates
- For clinic associates: organize and provide necessary training and materials for task based training
- For non-clinic associates: assist the department managers and qualified trainers as needed
- Work with mangers and scheduling department to determine training needs, scheduling training sessions, and assign appropriate qualified trainers and associates to attend training, as well as provide materials and information to support the training
- Track and report progress of training and completion to management
- Support and assist with site and study specific training as appropriate
- Organize annually required training sessions and re-certification training as necessary and ensure completion of all required associates
- Maintain training records for associates, reviewing on a regular basis; ensure all training binders are up to date and audit ready
- Participate in audits and audit follow-up as requested
- Contribute to the harmonization of the training function across the US and Canadian sites as needed
- Work with the Quality Assurance group in the development/revision and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures as required
- Ensure compliance with appropriate Inflamax SOPs, GCP and ICH guidelines
- Attend site and global meetings as required
- Strive to consistently uphold Inflamax’s core values
- Execute other duties as required by the management team, as training and experience allow
**Supervisory Responsibilities**:
- Provide continued support to staff in carrying out their daily functions
- Assist the Manager in hiring, conducting interviews, promotions, discipline and termination as required
- Provide and complete the appropriate Human Resources documents with new associates as required
- Conduct performance evaluations on direct reports

**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in a related field though a Bachelor’s Degree (i.e. B.A., B.S.) in life science, chemistry, or a relevant discipline preferred; Comparable relevant training and experience may be acceptable as assessed by Clinical Operations Management
- Minimum of 3 years of training experience, including facilitated classroom and on-the-job training, and an understanding of general principles of Adult Learning theory
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a health care or research environment; experience in Early Phase/BE Operations and/or EEC business is a definite asset
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Decisive, good decision making skills, able to escalate response to situations when relevant
- Ability to provide direction to project teams
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills; solid conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, efficient and able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Alphadas)
**Other Relevant Job Related Information (If Applicable)**:
- May need to be available to work outside of standard business hours based on site and study needs (i.e. early morning, evening, and weekend hours)
