**What You’ll Do**
- Work on Settlement activities for the GWO Securitizations team to keep the operational level at BAU.
- Backup on operational coverages for vacation periods and periods of short-staffing and statutory holidays.
- Maintains a high-performance environment and people strategy that attracts, develops, and motivates the team by fostering an inclusive work environment.
- As SME provide feedback to manager on creating operational efficiency and improvement. To align with the Banks Expectation.
- Works with Manager on Business Workflows by Process Optimization and provided technology solutions.
- Collaborate with peers to identify best practices and controls that can be implemented within the team to achieve success.
- Participate at all stages on all relevant technology and regulatory projects/initiatives which may affect the GWO Securitizations team.
- Provide feedback to Manager on significant risk, inherent in assigned operating units for identification and to set up controls.
- Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions
**What You’ll Bring**
- Experience and Knowledge in ABS, MBS, CMB.
- Experience in Reconciliation/ Cash Flows Management
- Experience/ Ability to work with Excel and Macro creation/Maintenance.
- Experience/Working Knowledge of Accounting/Finance field.
