**Job Duties and Responsibilities Include**:
- Maintain and grow sales relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service, training, and support of agricultural equipment.
- Execute client interactions with short lead times, limited input and resources
- Build sales relationships by identifying and soliciting potential clients
- Work directly with clients to assess their needs and make informed recommendations regarding RME products and services
- Evaluate product design and provide recommendations to tailor products for individual client needs
- Create and deliver demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to highlight key benefits of agricultural harvest equipment
- Provide estimates for the delivery and maintenance of RME products and services
- Develop and distribute sales contracts while maintaining customer records and documentation
- Support clients by providing expert consultation to resolve issues and address concerns
- Provide troubleshooting for any technical problems related to RME products
- Liaise with clients to answer questions and provide detailed analysis of key features and benefits of RME products and services
- Draft, deliver, and report on sales strategies to facilitate the achievement of business targets and goals
- Perform competitive analysis and sales trade evaluations to train staff
- Provide training regarding the set-up, operation, calibration, fine tuning, and maintenance of agriculture equipment
- Support sales specialists and other technical staff by supervising their activities and offering guidance
**Job Requirements and Qualifications Include**:
- A university degree or college diploma in a program related to the product or service is an asset
- Dealer or operational experience with a focus on agriculture equipment preferred.
- Technical proficiency to run the entire machine with the latest integrated technology functions and showcase these to RME customers.
- Ability to report on in-field results and give competitive analysis while in the field.
- Proactive and self-starter is a must
- Ability to perform customer service duties with limited resources
- A driver's license and clean driving record
