MUST excel decorating sugar cookies with royal icing. MUST have pictures of their work. MUST have experience working with high volume orders and work at a fast pace.

When there are fewer orders, the successful person will be mixing cookies, making bars and other general duties in our head kitchen. The kitchen is located in NORTH YORK. This is not a position for our locations throughout Toronto.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of large cookies according to recipes and customer requests
- Decorate cookies, cupcakes, etc.. using various techniques, such as piping, and edible decorations
- Package finished products for display or delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the decorating area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate orders

**Skills**:

- Proficient in food handling and safety practices. CERTIFIED SAFE FOOD HANDLER
- Experience in baking and cake decorating techniques
- Knowledge of different cake flavors, fillings, and frostings
- Attention to detail and artistic ability for creating visually appealing designs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in a bakery setting, is a must.
