**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with various departments to accurately enter and maintain information in the legacy ERP including General Ledger and subledgers.
- Develop efficient means of moving financial information between systems during transitionary phase
- Reporting on the accuracy of financial and non-financial data between systems
- Provide support to the Finance Team for period close accounting and reporting from legacy ERP
- Navigate new ERP system independently to obtain the necessary information for processing into legacy ERP
- Complete a range of ad hoc task as required

**Required Skills/Abilities**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Firm understanding of accounting concepts to effectively work independently
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment, developing relationships between multiple organizational areas
- Adaptable and able to prioritize varying daily requests

**Education and Experience**
- 4+ years of experience in a financial role
- Accounting related diploma, degree, or accounting designation preferred
- NetSuite and/or Deltek experience would also be considered an asset
