**Your opportunity**:
Under the general direction of the Manager, Client Services and Process Integration, you will be part of a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative team focused on delivering transformational Salesforce-based solutions to the University. Through your efforts in this position, you will directly help improve the University’s Salesforce systems. You will work in cross-functional teams with developers, analysts and stakeholders on the Salesforce product using established methodologies, including Agile development processes. You will participate in all stages of the product life cycle including design, development, testing, implementation, and support. You will provide front line support to staff users and support the onboarding of divisions and users,as well as the testing, documentation, and administrative activities required.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Analyzing and documenting business requirements
- Troubleshooting issues uncovered by testing or user feedback
- Planning the implementation of new business system processes
- Assessing needs and contributing to the development enhancements
- Training end-users on procedures and the use of the platform
- Analyzing and preparing documents required for the product
- Responding to service requests in a timely fashion
- Liaising with technical specialists to resolve end-user issues

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
- Minimum five years.
- Experience with use of business analysis practices and tools (e.g. MS Excel including Pivot Tables, MS Visio)
- Experience in training users and producing user documentation
- Understanding of registration, enrolment and course management
- Effective communication skills, ability to present requirements, concepts andprocedures
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills, able to interpret business requirements and articulate them into models and concepts
- Strong problem solving skills

**Assets (Nonessential)**:

- Familiarity with the Salesforce Platform
- Familiarity with the Salesforce Student Success Hub feature
- Familiarity with Sharepoint
- Familiarity with Agile development practices
- Familiarity with testing protocols and procedures
- Understanding of evolving nature of higher education
