Responsibilities of Bar Manager
- Inventory Control - Responsible for conducting Inventory count, inputting and reconciling.
- Cleanliness - Responsible for Cleanliness of the Bar, all procedures, daily and weekly duties.
- Training - responsible for training and building procedures to train all new bar staff. Responsible for training all staff on new and existing cocktails.
- Responsible for keeping an up-to-date recipe book for all cocktails present and past. and reciping all ingredients which are needed to make cocktails.
- Accurate ordering - direct delivery, LDB, Container World etc.
- Liase w owner regarding printing/updating of new menus
- Program POS buttons - Responsible for up-to-date squirrel buttons
- Beer and wine Dinners - Liase with Chef for menu pairings, execute and coordinate.
- Manager meetings - come prepared, come with a note book
- Staffing - aid in hiring

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
