YOUR CHALLENGE
Responsible for activities related to operations and the smooth running of the distribution center.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and control product arrival and localization;
- Organize and coordinate the movement of goods;
- Manage a team and contribute to employee development;
- Recruit employees and prepare integration plans;
- Create and maintain an efficient and safe work environment, in collaboration with all teams;
- Produce various productivity reports.
- Ensure constant communication between management and employees.
YOUR SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS
- Number of accidents and incidents avoided;
- Projected salary budget (annual);
- Achieve line-per-hour level;
- Achieve non-conformity level;
- Keep inventory losses under budget.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar position;
- Proficiency in our management software (Office, ERP and WMS);
- Bilingual;
- Experience in an automated distribution center, an asset.
