**Job Overview**:
The HR Manager, specializing in Talent Management, is responsible for providing solutions to engage and motivate our employees to perform at their best and grow with the organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop Talent Management programs to include Talent Development, Talent Performance Review, Succession Planning, and Engagement.
- Assume responsibility for the full delivery of the Talent programs, including project tracking, and reporting.
- Own employee engagement survey for BTS; ensure timely communications of results and establishing an action plan.
- Ensure that organization-wide talent management initiatives are focused and aligned to the organizational objectives and serve as an effective tool for growth and retention.
- Provide ongoing expertise, observations, and feedback on "what's working, what's not" as it relates to talent development, team’s leadership capability and performance management.
- Execute the Performance evaluation process at Mid Year and at Year End.
- Work with HR partners and various departments to analyze and assess training and development needs for individuals, departments, and/or business units.
- Develop content in-house and partner with external consultants and vendors when necessary.
- Develop metrics to measure progress and provide recommendations to optimize employee career development and performance Management.

**Critical Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, or related HR field.
- Experience facilitating team sessions and/or meetings in order to influence effective decision-making, problem solving or team building.
- Strong customer orientation focus; highly responsive to internal clients.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills - written, verbal and presentation/facilitation. Ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas and concepts.
- Strong project & program management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and take initiative, even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances.
- Bilingual (French and English) - is an asset

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
