About the Role
As a key member of the product management team, Business Analyst 3 is responsible for defining objectives, establishing priorities, allocating team assignments, coordinating and reviewing all assigned projects, developing final reports and presenting findings and recommendations to management, and coordinating the implementation of the product roadmap. The incumbent requires good team building and project leadership skills, in addition to effective resource management skills and a good understanding of TPR’s business and user requirements.

What will you be doing
Supervisory Responsibilities
While there are no direct supervisory responsibilities, Business Analyst 3 is expected to mentor, coach, and lead other Business Analysts and Quality Assurance teams and act as a resource to other TPR staff.- Take the lead in eliciting requirements using a variety of techniques, such as interviews, focus groups, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, user story, use cases, business analysis, task and workflow analysis in partnership with the IT department and teams.- Analyze process gaps, information flow obstacles, or system issues and identify opportunities for improvement.- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.- Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates under the Governance Framework, using natural language and requirements modeling software (e.g. Blueprint).- Present requirements model and solution proposals from the development team to stakeholders to gain stakeholder buy-in and support for the solution.-
- Be the liaison between the Product Management Leader, the Project Manager, the development and quality assurance teams, to ensure product and service delivery is- timely and cost-effective, that the product meets service level standards and provides high customer satisfaction.- Work closely with the Product Management Leader in organizing business investment initiatives that involve planning, business case development, identifying business requirements, and business solution assessment and acquisition activities.- Partner closely with the development teams to ensure there is full understanding and proper execution of requirements- Manage deliverables and timelines for own deliverables, negotiating with internal and external stakeholders to meet relevant project milestones.- Manage changing requirements in conjunction with the Product Management Leader and communicate cascading changes to all teams.- Communicate the project plan, schedule, status, issues, and risks to stakeholders promptly.- Contribute to internal and external stake
