Right now, we’re on the hunt for a talented Business Analyst to join our growing team.

**What You’ll Do**

As our Business Analyst, you’ll be the bridge between what our clients need and the awesome solutions we deliver. Your role will focus on understanding the people who use our systems, analyzing how they work, and making sure everything we build works beautifully for them. Here’s a taste of what your days might look like:

- **Dive into user needs**: Lead assessments to really understand what users need and how they interact with the systems we create.
- **Collaborate like a pro**: Work with clients to learn about their goals and challenges. You'll be running workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to gather ideas.
- **Analyze and improve**: Look at user data to spot trends and areas to enhance, and propose improvements to business processes and tech tools.
- **Document the good stuff**: Write clear, user-friendly documentation for requirements, workflows, and systems.
- **Communicate like a champ**: Keep clients and teammates in the loop about project progress, user feedback, and any hiccups along the way.
- **Shape solutions**: Partner with the dev team to design software that users will actually enjoy using.

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re all about finding the right fit for our team, so here’s what we think would make you successful in this role:

- You’ve got **3-5 years of experience** as a Business Analyst (bonus points if you've done User Needs Assessments).
- You’re analytical, curious, and great at solving problems.
- Your communication and people skills? Top-notch.
- If you’ve worked with Indigenous communities or organizations, that’s a huge asset
- You’re comfortable with customizing software or working with tech—extra credit for having technical skills that make life easier.
- You’re good with traveling, as this role requires up to **50% travel** to meet with clients, collaborate in person, and support projects on-site.
- Ideally, you’re based in **Winnipeg, MB, or Northwestern Ontario** to stay close to our clients, but don’t worry—you’ll work from the comfort of your home office most of the time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $35.00-$49.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
