Central Alberta Co-op is hiring a Full-time Liquor Clerk (Floater) to join our team. The position is based out of our Deer Park Liquor Store and will involve working out of our liquor locations (Timberlands and Taylor) in Red Deer, Alberta.

**Full-time**: 40 hours/week. Benefit eligible after 3 months.
- This position provides benefits, if you are coming from out of province please remember you need to have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider._

**Availability requirements**: Weekdays and weekends - mornings, afternoons and evenings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all customers are pleasantly welcomed,
- Share product knowledge and provide advice,
- Process sale transactions in an accurate manner,
- Receive, unpack and display of merchandise,
- Opening and closing duties,
- Ensure compliance with Central Alberta Co-op and AGLC’s policies,
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment,
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.

**Qualifications**:

- 18 years of age,
- Must have valid ProServe certification,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Exceptional customer service skills,
- Previous retail experience is an asset,
- Ability to work independently and in a team,
- As this position will be providing assistance to all our liquor locations in Red Deer, reliable transportation is an asset,
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. consecutively as there will be off loading of pallets.
