**Position Summary**

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team at our **North York location**, reporting directly to the** Leader of Business Transformation**. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless planning and execution of operational projects, ranging from medium to high complexity, encompassing the entire project lifecycle from business case development to sustainment. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving medium to high complexity business improvement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization's growth and success while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

**A day in the life of a Project Manager**:
As a Project Manager, you will utilize **project management** tools and skills to ensure the successful and timely implementation of medium to high complexity business integration projects and/or program of projects from conception to completion.
You will also:

- Lead the communication of project scope, objectives, key success criteria, and expectations to stakeholders.
- Identify project resource requirements and escalate any resource constraints.
- Develop and manage the project schedule, defining the critical path and tracking activities to ensure team members meet deadlines and approvals.
- Generate and communicate status reports, escalating critical issues as necessary.
- Facilitate problem-solving for project setbacks and issues, utilizing LEAN tools.
- Proactively manage roadblocks and develop project risk mitigation plans.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, project team meetings, risk assessments, lessons learned, post-launch reviews, and other necessary meetings.
- Provide visibility and transparency on project status to cross-functional team members, Stream Leads, and Business Leadership Team.

Apply** leadership, coaching and influencing** skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects forward, ensuring time and resources are used effectively and efficiently to meet project and business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional team in identifying and mitigating risks and opportunities. Identify solutions to remove roadblocks and drive corrective action to meet project goals and business commitment.
- Drive accountability and transparency across the consumer value chain
- Engage, leverage and challenge cross-functional team to optimize every step across the consumer value chain
- Enable strong communication of project status, gaps and optimization opportunities thru sharing of insights, reports and/or dashboards
- Manage assigned projects and their cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to established business integration processes, including the project review process.
- Drive project success by effectively planning, executing, and monitoring project activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Maintain and drive effective use of project templates and documentation throughout project lifecycle
- Identify, document, and implement business process optimization initiatives to eliminate waste and create value-added best practices within the readiness assessment to Integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop, monitor and report on established key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
