**Duties**:

- Provide excellent guest services by ensuring a positive dining experience
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling dishes
- Follow food safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food, and addressing any customer concerns or requests
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process payments and accurately record orders

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
