**Your Role and Responsibilities**
As a Data Consultant - Data, AI, and Technology Strategy, you will assume full life cycle responsibility to lead and manage client and service engagements. The role includes leading a team to assess client needs, analyze client issues, and to develop novel and nuanced strategies that deliver business value. You will lead various workstreams and engage with research teams to drive client innovation. You will be an integral part of our growing team, and usher in the precipice of business lead, technology strategy.

You’ll work with top organizations to change minds, define agendas, and generate value via digital data and analytics transformation initiatives. This role is crucial in the rapid development of new and existing client relationships, as well as the overall leadership of our proposals, from shaping and sales to execution and follow-ons.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
You will work with a team of IBM strategists and technologists who will advise clients on a variety of issues related to your experience and interests, including but not limited to:
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
This role will require daily management of the daily activities of the team responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of data and analytics products. This role oversees data architecture, solution design, privacy and security, stewardship models, change management plans, metadata and data quality capability plans, and data policy and standards.

To succeed in this role, you have experience in managing a variety of team sizes (from four to 20) and working with many stakeholders from the customer and partners of the customer as well as with other stakeholders internal to the account team. Ideally you have worked in a data and analytics environment.

Your experience in project management using Agile and your ability to manage the details of multiple individual projects and prioritize tasks. You will be responsible for a portfolio of projects to manage the day-to-day activities and provided input to managing costs, schedule, and contracted deliverables. Your leadership and diplomacy skills will help you to build relationships within the environment will help you to manage dependencies.

Engage Clients: Elevate the conversation, engage on industry trends, understand business drivers, position transformation programs, and value impact

Shape Value: Define the value impact of programs to motivate client action. Maintain the strategic alignment of ongoing programs with business executives. Identify value and prioritize use cases. Drive adoption and realization of business value

Frame Transformation: Define transformation priorities, programs, and business platforms working across our Growth Platforms, Business Transformation Services, Enterprise Data Architecture, and journey to hybrid cloud.

Cloud Data Strategy: Define a Vision for Cloud Data Value Creation, Governance, Technology Choices

Business Led Technology Strategy: Solve challenges around enterprise data architecture to drive digital transformation

Data Strategy: Develop our clients’ data-driven strategy that will lead to an executable, cost-effective roadmap.

get past the limitations of legacy systems in terms of extracting data as well as embedding insights in day-to-day activities

Help our clients embed and democratize data for better and faster decision making across business units, talent, and operations

Translate advance technology IBM research into useable innovations for our clients
