**Job Location**:
Location: Toronto, Canada
**- **Single Point of Contact for Delivery**:Serve as the primary liaison for project delivery, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders.
- **Planning, Tracking, and Execution**:Develop and manage project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with customer stakeholders to address clarifications and queries promptly.
- **Process Compliance**:Ensure compliance with established processes, focusing on quality objectives and standards.
- **SLA Management**:Adhere to and track both organizational and customer SLAs.
- **Governance Reporting**:Prepare and deliver status reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- **People Management**:Oversee the onshore and offshore team, ensuring effective collaboration and performance management.
- **Risk Management**:Identify, track, and mitigate project risks.
- **Problem and Change Management**:Manage issues and changes throughout the project lifecycle.

**Experience Requirements**:

- **Guidewire Experience**:4 to 6 years.
- **Programme Management Experience**:1 to 3 years.
- **Project Management Framework Experience**:1 to 3 years.
