**SALARY RANGE**:$26.01/hour - $34.96/hour
**HIRING RANGE**:$26.01/hour - $30.16/hour

**About Mothercraft’s College for Early Childhood Education**:Mothercraft College of Early Childhood Education offers a twelve (12) month, four-semester, accelerated and intensive diploma program in Early Childhood Education. The Mothercraft Diploma in Early Childhood Education is recognized by the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE) and is a Registered Private Career College with the Ministry of Colleges and Universities (MCU). Mothercraft also offers professional learning opportunities for individuals and groups working in the early learning and early years sectors as well as training programs related to Home Based Child Care, Enhanced Language Training and Professional Development.

**Position Description**:

- Reporting to the Academic Manager, the ELT Instructor is responsible for providing English as a second language instruction training either online, in-person or blended instruction.
- Responsible for tracking and maintaining participant attendance, language levels and overall progress.
- Conduct and support administrative tasks i.e. provide feedback on participant performance, support guest lectures, collect/input data in language training database and prepare progress reports as requested.
- Support the program by performing outreach activities to increase program enrollment.
- Meet with participants individually as required to support success in the program.
- Collaborate with ELT Coordinator to review content and ensure that it is in tune with current research and trends prior to training delivery.
- Update training materials and support community-training programs, as needed.

**Your experience includes**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- TESL Ontario Certification.
- One to three years of experience in an adult learning setting or post-secondary institution.
- French is an asset.

**Position requirements**:

- Satisfactory vulnerable sector police reference check
- Full vaccination with a recognized COVID-19 Vaccine
