Our Procurement Team ensures the cost effective and efficient management of purchasing of materials, services and inventory for all Canadian operational areas of Bragg Communications Inc. (BCI) and to ensure all materials/supplies and services required are delivered to specifications, quality, quantity and schedule, at the most cost effective price, while ensuring business practices are compliant with laws, regulations, company policy, philosophy and values. The Supply Planner role is key to supporting inventory availability and optimization.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales Channel Supply Plan - Implements inventory supply plan to support the sales channels for multiple lines of business. Distribution of inventory to the channels on a weekly basis, or as needed in a cost efficient manner.

Integrated Supply Planning - Develops and integrated plan with the key stakeholders through collaboration with Supply Chain, Product, Marketing, Retail and Suppliers to ensure product lead times, product positioning changes, product promotions, store issues and forecasted demand are fully factored into the supply plan.

Inventory Reporting and Control - For providing accurate inventory reporting to various business departments with Eastlink to ensure visibility to the business and throughout the sales channels. For identifying slow moving and or distressed inventory as well as recommended actions, uploading daily inventory transactions to the financial system of record and processing exception transactions, performing monthly inventory reconciliation between financial database and POS database and performing inventory adjustments as a result of monthly warehouse and channel inventory counts.

Field Inventory Counts - For management and reporting of field level inventory monthly count programs to ensure accuracy as well as appropriate actions concerning system adjustments and inventory shrink.

Reverse Supply Chain Channel - Ensure the timely return and recovery of excess, distressed, obsolete and damaged inventories for appropriate action and or investment recovery.

Service Desk Mobile Device Support - Ensure internal operations and customer are fully supported for device warranty, returns loaners and exchanges.

**Qualifications**:
Demonstrate a good verbal, written and listening skills, in interactions with the business groups and contractors.Demonstrate a good understanding of customer requirements and priorities, maintain communications link between end users and vendors, strong ability to interact with management/union and staff. Maintain appropriate confidentiality of information

Minium University Degree with 2-4 years experience with inventory management.
