**Expectations**
- Pre-shift check & completion of Mobile Equipment Check List.
- Warm up and refueling prior to start of workday.
- Ensure servicing at scheduled times.
- Keep machine & tracks clean and free of loose debris.
- Keep windows, any mirrors, and lights clean & free of any items obscuring visibility.
- Maintain operable fire extinguishers, fire tools, shovel & Pulaski on machine.
- Maintain daily logbook of machine hours.
- Immediately notify supervisor and/or site mechanic of any problems.
- Be familiar with environmental spill response procedures.
- Operators must be familiar with and able to read documents commonly used with their equipment, such as design details and drawings.
- Be familiar with & understand project’s Environmental Response Plan and company’s environmental objectives, rules, and procedures.
- Operate equipment in a safe and responsible manner according to Provincial regulations and site safety standards.

**Qualifications**
- **Minimum 5 years experience.**:

- Class 5 Driver’s license.
- Must be willing to do shift work.
- Background in construction and heavy civil experience an asset
