**Job Description** About the Team**:As a key member of the Planning and Flow team, the Workflow Planning Operations Manager takes charge of managing the budget for our new Fulfillment Center in Montreal. Their responsibilities include forecasting weekly volumes, allocating costs for labor, supplies, and miscellaneous expenses, and providing leadership to their team. Collaboration is key in this role, as they work closely with various departments and external partners to uphold SSENSE's commitment to excellence in customer service, safety, quality, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.

- Develop and oversee short and mid-term capacity plans and projections for the entire workflow of the fulfillment center supply chain, ensuring visibility of volume across all distribution centers in the network.
- Take the lead in defining and implementing an end-to-end workforce management process for the FC network.
- Manage and track FC performance, focusing on quality, productivity, costs, and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provide guidance and support to the team, fostering their success and helping them achieve or surpass key performance indicators, safety standards, performance goals, and budget targets.
- Work closely with Senior Leadership to set short-term objectives for the department and ensure team engagement in reaching these goals.
**How To Excel In This Role**:
- Hold a Bachelor's in Operations, Engineering, or Logistics.
- Exhibit leadership and team-building prowess.
- Understand fulfillment/distribution center operations well; prior experience is a bonus.
- Excel in Warehouse Management Systems, SQL, Access, and Excel.
