**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Our Associates are required to proactively keep bankers on track and help them balance business development and client coverage. The Associate Banker will thoroughly understand back-office support and operations, build leadership and sales acumen and learn relationship and deal strategy. The Associate Banker will develop a deep working knowledge of our solutions including, but not limited to: Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Syndicated Finance, Commercial Card and Chase Paymentech Solutions.
- Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships
- Find ways to drive efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation, while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologies

**Job Qualifications**
- Three+ years direct lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships.****:

- Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and French is required
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners

**Preferred Capabilities and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferred
- Sales management, business development skills, proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Strong in finding creative solutions, problem solving abilities, flexible to changing business priorities and ability to multitask
- Excellent business judgment, strategic thinking, self-directed, proactive and creative

En tant que banquier associé, vous êtes responsable d’aider et de soutenir la croissance et la rétention de clients du marché intermédiaire et des industries spécialisées (MMBSI) (entreprises dont le chiffre d’affaires se situe entre 20 et 500 millions de dollars).

Nos associés sont tenus de garder les banquiers sur la bonne voie de manière proactive et de les aider à équilibrer le développement des affaires et la couverture des clients. Le banquier associé comprendra parfaitement le support et les opérations internes, renforcera ses habilités de leadership et le sens des ventes et apprendra la relation et la stratégie de transaction. Le banquier associé développera une connaissance approfondie de nos solutions, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter : crédit, services de trésorerie, services bancaires internationaux, financement syndiquée, carte de crédit commerciale et Chase Paymentech Solutions.

**Qualifications professionnelles**
- Trois ans d’expérience dans le domaine du financement ou support au crédit, avec une attention particulière portée aux relations avec les entreprises
- Une maîtrise de l’anglais et du français est requise
- Résultats démontrée dans la réalisation ou le dépassement des objectifs de vente
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer, prioritiser, travailler sous pression et respecter des délais serrés
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles et d’influence, avec la capacité d’établir une crédibilité et une collaboration avec les partenaires séniors

**Capacités et compétences requises**
- Baccalauréat et une formation formelle au crédit
- Gestion des ventes, compétences en développement des affaires, maîtrise de l’établissement et du maintien de relations positives avec les clients
- Des capacités de solutionnement créatif, de résolution de problèmes, une flexibilité face à l’évolution des priorités et une capacité à faire plusieurs choses à la fois
- Excellent jugement en affaires, réflexion stratégique, autonome, proactif et créatif
