We want you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest Practice Coach in our Brantford, ON clinic.

You will help to coach and continually educate our team on processes, programs, and products and as a leader you’ll receive your own comprehensive training so you can assist in all aspects of our clinic activities such as patient service and sales.

This is a Full-Time, permanent position working 40 hours per week.

**Responsibilities**
- Fostering collaboration and teamwork among practice staff
- Building trust and commitment with your work group
- Training, development and coaching of staff to FYidoctors processes, programs, and products
- Delivering legendary customer service along with perfect quality eyewear
- Setting and obtain clinic revenue goals
- Hiring, onboarding and training of new staff
- Scheduling of staff/doctors
- AR/AP
- Benefits submissions and tracking (OHIP and third party)
- Banking deposits and reconciliations
- Inventory management
- All leadership aspects of daily clinic operations
- Minimum two years experience in a customer service focused retail environment
- Minimum one year experience in a coaching or leadership role
- Experience in an optical environment would be considered an asset
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities via critical thought and problem solving
- A reputation for delivering results through successful people management
- General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
