**What Skills Do You Need?**
- 5 or more years direct work-related experience relating to the oil and gas industry, strong consideration for tank cleaning experience in those 5 years.
- Minimum of 2 years Supervisory experience in similar role on projects, preferably robotic tank cleaning.
- Must possess critical thinking, problem solving, time management, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
- Experience working in a physically demanding role
- Must possess mechanical, pump, and hydraulic knowledge.
- Must possess a chemical background, experience or education
- Must be proficient with computers and programs such as MS Office.
- Must be able to lift more than 50lbs regularly
- Must be comfortable with long hours, night shifts and extended periods of travel
- Has prepared and lead toolbox talks.
- Experience completing daily FLHAs
- Experience in ensuring necessary permits are in place prior to job
- Has worked ensuring Lock Out/Tag out procedures in place
- Experience in checking PPE for all employees prior to shifts
- Has experience reading SDS sheet for all products to ensure precautions taken
- Must be proficient in training & monitoring employees on oil and gas projects
- Experience in providing daily updates to Clients and Management
- Experience completing billing for third parties
- Experience dealing with clients on worksites.
- Background in completing and submitting daily progress reports, work tickets, safety documentation, and other paperwork.
- Experience in ensuring required Operating and Safe Work Procedures are followed
- Experience or capability working in confined space with breathing apparatus;
- Respectful, professional demeanor;
- Excellent Safety record and Safety-focused experience required;
- Strong organizational skills and habits
- Pre-planning deliverables for field staff to ensure project timelines are met
