Job Title: Assistant Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at Access Storage. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, confirming reservations, renting storage units, presenting lease agreements, and collecting rental payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including confirming reservations and renting storage units
  • Present lease agreements and collect rental payments
  • Maintain property appearance by cleaning the facility daily
  • Perform daily inspections of storage units to ensure they are clean, properly locked, and rent-ready
  • Travel between locations within a reasonable distance, requiring access to a reliable vehicle
  • Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office
  • 2 years of experience in customer service
  • 2 years of experience in sales
  • Valid driving license
