ELP Painting is a small painting company in the Greater Victoria Area, looking to make a positive impact throughout the community, one project at a time.

We provide painting services across a large portion of the south island, and we're looking for new employees with a high aptitude for learning, and attention to detail.

We're looking for friendly crew, with a great work ethic, striving to bring about the best possible outcomes.

No experience necessary, as our team of experienced painters are willing to train new recruits.

**Requirements**:

- Having a vehicle is an asset
- Having some previous painting experience is an asset

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform 40hrs a week, arriving 10 minutes early to site, daily
- Must provide own method of transportation to sites
- Must work well with other crew mates and take delegation from site supervisors
- Must learn proper painting procedures, i.e. learning to cut and back-roll, learning to prep; fill, caulk, sand, prime
- Will be expected to learn how to use ladders as well as proper ladder safety protocols
- Communicate with clients, coworkers, and contractors in a kind and professional manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: $20.00-$27.33 per hour

- Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- painting: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
