**Client Finance Analyst (Billing)**

**Position Overview**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the fast-paced and dynamic Finance team, supported by the infrastructure of a successful company. You must be detail oriented and organized, able to handle multiple tasks at once, bring a positive attitude, and have excellent client service skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the media billing by tracking, reconciling and analyzing revenues, and identifying related direct costs
- Field internal teams & client inquiries
- Assist in the research of discrepant invoices and provide support to collection efforts
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance product knowledge as it relates to accounting and billing automation
- Assist in the reconciliation of all Media Payable accruals on open invoices
- Researching and resolution of any vendor invoice discrepancies
- Perform margin analysis on campaign activities
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the media payables process
- Perform ad hoc projects or assignments as required.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- College or university degree will be an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents
- Proven ability to work within fast paced deadline driven environment
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Knowledge of Mediaocean/DDS or similar systems will be an asset.
