**You’re great at**:

- Complex Underwriting
- Coaching & Mentoring
- Wordings and Underwriting Guidelines

**You have**:

- 10+ years of Underwriting experience
- Completed, or pursuing your CIP, FCIP, or RPLU designations
- Strong customer service background
- Team-first mentality
