Applications are invited for the regular position of part-time Records Clerk in the Enrolment Services Division. The starting salary is $24.63/hr for a 24 hour work week. Additional hours may be required at peak times during the year such as start or end of term. The position is located at the Welland Campus.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Communicates directly with Niagara College apprenticeship staff and is the backup contact for MTCU Training Consultants and School Scheduling clerks regarding anomalies, problems, changes, etc
- Reviews apprentice POIs prior to the start of each intake and creates and/or revises mapping charts for use when updating EOIS (Ministry database) with pass/fail status
- Withdraws students from next level of program from upcoming term if pre-requisite requirement is not satisfied. Determines anomalies and contacts dean or co-ordinator when required
- Updates Niagara College and Ministry based systems while working with the Ontario Education Number (OEN) verification, assignment, reconciliation and duplicate OEN amalgamation

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum two (2) year diploma in Office Administration or a business related discipline
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a post-secondary environment
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills will be needed for this role
- A demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel at an advanced level is required
- Familiarity with the concepts of data management and records management
