**Job Description**:
**What is the Opportunity?**
Reporting to the Operations Director of the Glenn Gould School (“GGS”), the Manager, Rebanks Fellowship Program & ARC Ensemble is responsible for executing the day-to-day functions for the Rebanks Family Fellowship and International Residency Program, and the ARC Ensemble.

This role provides support for both portfolios and is the main contact with internal and external stakeholders.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**

Rebanks Family Fellowship and International Residency Program
- Main administrative contact for all Rebanks Fellows.
- Plan and facilitate the logistics for the production of the Rebanks Family Fellowship Concerts in the Mazzoleni Hall Concert Series.
- Manage the additional recitals and concert series with high profile community partners.
- Organize and manage outreach concerts, develop potential partnerships with organizations throughout the city.
- Coordinate workshops and events including career coaching and artist networking sessions.
- Manage the professional audio and video recording sessions including the production of an annual compilation CD/DVD.
- Work with marketing to coordinate all publications including website updates and print media.
- Oversee and manage the summer residency travel planning.
- Prepare and coordinate contracts and payments for visiting and collaborative artists.
- Administer, track and report on annual program budget including processing of expenses and invoices to AP.
- Collaborate with Development in the preparation of the program’s annual report.
- Manage relationships and ongoing exchanges with international partners.

ARC Ensemble
- Schedule rehearsals and performances; liaising with ARC Ensemble members and guest musicians to secure rehearsal times, spaces / venues and technical needs.
- Book travel and accommodation for national and international touring.
- Monitor inbox and correspondence accordingly.
- Manage the social media and website for the ARC Ensemble in collaboration with its Artistic Director to support the promotion the activities and projects of both the ensemble as a whole and its members.
- Research and follows-up on potential engagements with series and festival presenters.
- Input and oversee budgets (both annual and project) in collaboration with ARC's Artistic Director, and processes expenses and invoices to AP.
- Collaborate with Development and ARC’s Artistic Director to identify and develop potential funding and sponsorship opportunities.
- Support integration of ARC and RCM projects with ARC’ Artistic Director and GGS.
- Act as a liaison for the inclusion of GGS students and Rebanks Fellows in ARC’s performances and recordings.

Other
- Support GGS with developing and maintaining relationships with organizations for engagement of external outreach performances and opportunities.
- Performing other duties as required.

**Job Requirements**: What We're Looking For**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus, a minimum of 3 years of performing arts administration and/or management experience in the arts and culture/performance sector.
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal & written) with internal and external stakeholders at all levels demonstrating tact and diplomacy at all times.
- Demonstrated ease and comfort in meeting and working with visiting personalities, professionals in the industry (i.e., designers, music-presenters, publishers, agents, producers, etc.), sponsors, recording and broadcast companies, film distributors, and government agencies.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, effectively manages competing priorities and deadlines.
- Possesses solid analytical and research skills.
- High degree of initiative and the ability to solve problems.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Publisher, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated experience with various social media platforms.

**Additional Information**
- Occasional overtime may be required during peak times.
- Some involvement to work at off-site performances as well as in-house events as required.
