We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the VP, Sales and Marketing

**Duties**:

- Representing on behalf of and providing administrative support to a senior level executive.
- Calendar management and coordinating internal and external conferences, event planning, coordinating travel arrangements & itineraries, preparing expenses ect.
- Managing inbox and correspondence, preparing for general meeting materials, agendas, presentations, various reports, proofreading and editing documents, and handling confidential information.
- Financial statements analytics and preparing financial reports for Executive Committee meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Special project liaison across multiple business units focusing on bridging the communication/information sharing, Business & Journal article research.
- Assisting in brand awareness through marketing endeavors such as managing social media platforms.
- Running the odd personal assistant duties and errands.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of senior administrative assistance supporting executives.
- Understanding of the medical device healthcare business in Canada is strongly preferred.
- University or College Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and high degree of professionalism.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, where you thrive from business analyics and presentations.

Pay: $85,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
