**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service and Conflict Resolution**: Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide tailored solutions. Anticipate client needs and handle customer complaints and issues effectively and diplomatically. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Detail-Oriented Approach**: Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring accuracy and consistency in customer interactions and marketing initiatives.
- **Marketing and Social Media Expertise**: Utilize experience in marketing and social media management to enhance our organization's online presence. Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- **Self-Driven Initiative**: Demonstrate the ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks effectively and solving problems autonomously. Be proactive in identifying and addressing issues before they escalate.
- **Exceptional Communication Skills**: Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, with customers, team members, and other stakeholders. Tailor communication style to suit different audiences and platforms.
