*Overview* We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Manager in Training. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop essential skills and knowledge in Restaurant&Hotel management while preparing for a leadership role within the company.

*Duties* - Learn and assist in all aspects of sales management, including pricing strategies and product promotions - Gain hands-on experience in supervising and leading a team of retail associates - Participate in administrative tasks such as inventory management and scheduling - Conduct interviews and contribute to the hiring process - Shadow experienced managers to learn best practices in customer service and operational efficiency

*Requirements* - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent leadership qualities with the potential to motivate and guide a team - Basic math skills for tasks such as inventory tracking and sales calculations - Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus - Willingness to learn and grow within the company's management structure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
