**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Outlook Health Centre. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

**Job Responsibilities:**

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual client care to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Provide total client care, including physical and emotional support, to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as needed.

**Requirements:**

• **Education:** Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
• **Licenses:** Basic Life Support Health Care Provider Certificate (BLS-HCP) and registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
• **Other Education and Training:** Nursing diploma is acceptable.

**Work Environment:**

• **Shift Information:** Days, evenings, weekends, and standby shifts.
• **Hours of Work:** 92.00 hours per 6-week rotation.

**Compensation:** Pay Band Nurse A, $38.580 to $50.070.
