**About this opportunity**

If you are a dynamic Rehabilitation Assistant / Kinesiologist interested in personal and professional growth, CBI Health has an excellent opportunity for you to meet these goals, supported by one of the largest healthcare networks in Canada. As a Rehabilitation Assistant / Kinesiologist at our Kanata Health Centre, you will be responsible for shared administrative support functions in a team environment as well as responsible for assisting the Physiotherapists with their caseload. Dynamic, versatile and energized by a busy schedule, you welcome the opportunity to demonstrate your strong computer, analytical and organizational skills and your success in meeting timelines.

**Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day**
- Act as a liaison between the client and the Physiotherapist
- Assist with the Physiotherapist’s caseloads
- Assemble chart packages and bar-code charts for offsite storage
- Process and perform clerical audits for discharged patient charts
- Maintain a presentable/organized clinic and ensure that the gym area is free of obvious safety hazards
- Mail out satisfaction surveys to patients and their families
- Administrative tasks, including answering phones, processing supply orders and photocopying documents
- Uploading service provider reports
- Applicants registered with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario will be considered for a Kinesiologist position

**What you need to be successful**
- A Kinesiology degree, PTA/OTA diploma or international Physiotherapy degree
- Registration in good standing with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario is an asset
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong critical thinking and time management skills
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- The ability to work under pressure and to take and follow direction
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills
