**Responsibilities**:
+ Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and design teams.

+ Develop comprehensive project plans, including breakdown structure, schedules, and resource allocation. Obtain necessary approvals and support for project initiation and change orders.

+ Manage day-to-day activities of construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans and schedules.

+ Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

+ Coordinate and allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

+ Assist in scheduling shop fabrication and coordinating site installation logistics.

+ Perform take-offs and procure accurate material and subcontractor pricing based on site instructions and change notices.

+ Resolve project issues, conflicts, and changes effectively.

+ Implement project management best practices to enhance project outcomes.

+ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality requirements.

+ Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

+ Facilitate meetings and discussions to drive project progress and resolve challenges.

+ Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure alignment and timely project delivery.

+ Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.

+ Conduct project reviews and quality control measures to ensure compliance with client requirements.

+ Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and technical specifications.

+ Prepare progress reports, highlighting key milestones, issues, and risks.

+ Communicate project status, progress, and results to senior management and clients.

**Requirements**:
+ 10+ years of proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with steel experience preferred.

+ In-depth knowledge of construction, engineering principles, practices, and project management methodologies.

+ Strong leadership and team management skills.

+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

+ Proficiency in project management software tools.

+ Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

+ Clear understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction and engineering.

+ BSc/BA in engineering, building science, or relevant field.

+ PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

+ Experience in commercial construction.

+ Estimating experience is advantageous.

+ Knowledge of BIM programs is favorable.

+ Demonstrated understanding of the OHS Act.
