It is by listening attentively to your partners to understand the best opportunities, your experience in design thinking and your knowledge of artificial intelligence that you have a positive impact on National Bank's technological transformation.

**Your job**:

- Coordinate design thinking activities with your partners
- Position and communicate business and technological needs to all stakeholders
- Be responsible and accountable for functional and non-functional needs
- Define post-deployment operating models in a DevOps spirit
- Contribute to communication and change management plans with the community impacted by technological transformation
- Invest regularly in monitoring good practices of "design thinking" and technological transformation in companies

- Within the technology sector, you are part of a team of 20 colleagues and report to the Senior Director, AI Factory. Our team stands out for its multidisciplinary know-how (IT development, AI science, DevOps, agility, cybersecurity, cloud computing), its openness to change, its curiosity, its desire to contribute to a positive transformation of the banking sector, its rigor in the execution of technological deliveries as well as its involvement in scientific communities.

As a member of the AI Factory team, you'll have access to an unlimited Udemy license, one afternoon of training per week, fully funded AWS Cloud Certifications, and opportunities to showcase your learning and success stories at conferences.

**Basic requirements**:

- Completed bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, communications, computer science, or any other field relevant to the position and minimum of 5 years of experience in project delivery and technology product operations
- Good understanding of the potential and limitations of AI technologies
- Mastery of the best practices of "design thinking"
- Knowledge of good change management practices
- Ability to work in a constantly changing environment (architecture, solution, infrastructure, organization)
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud basic concepts (e.g. AWS Cloud Processor Certification) and knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
- Ability to analyze features from existing code (Python / SQL / IaC).
