Salary: 16.00hr

**Job Description**:
The DSU Events Commissioner is responsible for coordinating O-Week outreach, planning, volunteer training, and working as part of a team to lead some of the DSU's most successful and inclusive events.

Duties
- Work alongside the DSU Vice President Student Life in the coordination and execution of various programming.
- Work and contribute to multiple projects for the Student Life Department. This includes; event conceptualizing and research, contributing to inter-university working groups, and assisting full-time staff members and elected officials of the DSU to organize and actualize events
- Create programming for the Grawood.
- Any other duties assigned by the VPSL.

Qualifications:

- Must be a current Dalhousie University student
- Supervisor and leadership experience is an asset
- Past participation in DSU O-Week Committee is an asset
- Must be available to work 25- 30 hours per week from December 2023 - April 2024

Pay Rate: $16.00/per hour
